“Grant, do you know what I enjoy so much about these sessions?”
This is a question one of my clients asked me recently.
My response to him was, “well, please tell me.”
“I am a very experienced company leader, and what I enjoy so much is that I get a huge amount of great skills, strategies and techniques from business communication, and I find that I can use these new strategies, and techniques…
whether I’m speaking in my native language, or if I’m speaking in English.
And certainly in English, it really helps me be able to overcome any type of confidence problem
I have, when I need English for my business communication.”
He said, “this is exactly what I’ve been looking for and I’ve never found before.”
I smiled, as a response to him.
You see, one of the things that’s always been most important to me is to create a program that combines not only business English and the various vocabulary and things that an executive really needs to bring together.
But, the important part to me is FOCUSING ON SKILLS!
As I discussed in my book, the focus is on SKILLS and being able to incorporate all these great business communication SKILLS is what’s absolutely necessary to make this work for you, to be able to improve your business, communication confidence.
And this is what I focus on. And to hear this from a client brought a big smile to my face, I get to watch it happen all the time.
It’s very effective.
