How can a CEO gain respect when speaking English to native English-speaking executives and earn their trust?

Now, when you are having conversations in English anywhere internationally, it’s normally for a very important reason.
You’re the leader of your company.
And when you’re having conversations internationally with a group of people, or one person, or a group of people that are not native English-speakers, it’s probably okay.
Everyone can communicate and you don’t have the same stress and the same issues.
But what happens when you’re speaking with native English-speaking executives?
Do you feel differently?
Maybe, YOU FEEL A LOT LESS COMFORTABLE. And more importantly.
HOW DO YOU THINK THEY FEEL when they’re speaking with you?
Do you think they respect you?
Do you think that they think you’re intelligent?
Do they think they really trust you?
After all, we all want to do business with people that we trust, and because your English is not comfortable and confident.
And really, this might be the situation.
Do you find it difficult to really build good relationships with native English-speaking business executives?
Think about it
Do you really have that situation where you’ve created really nice relationships with people?
Strong relationships, like you would in your native language.
Probably not.
Well, the good news is there is something you can do about this and when you decide to invest the energy and the time to build your English confidence and build your English communication skills, you can have an entirely different situation.

THEY WILL TRUST YOU, most importantly.
And, you can be the same highly successful leader of your company in English that you are in your native language.
And it’s true, and it can happen.
